What age do you have to be to start martial arts?
We have Lil' Tigers Program for 4 - 6 year olds. This is our pre-school program and all of our "Lil' Tigers" work on motor skills and behavior modification.

Do you teach discipline?
Yes we do. Without discipline there is nothing. "Martial Arts without philosophy is merely street fighting".

Do you teach self-confidence?
Yes, we make each person feel good about themselves. We concentrate on a series of victories.

Do you teach self-esteem?
We encourage each student to accomplish certain goals and to try without the fear of mistakes. We also encourage everyone to build on their own skill level.

Is this good for stress release?
This is a great way to release stress for everyone. Adults look forward to coming to class and feeling great after each workout. Most employers have noticed a tremendous improvement in students that are currently in our adult martial arts program.

How much does it cost?
Our Februay Special is $39.95 *for beginners only, it includes: an official white student martial arts uniform, a private tour of our school and 4 beginner group lessons. We will evaluate you over things like confidence, attitude, desire, coordination and flexibility. Then we will give you our "professional opinion" on what course of action you should continue.
